When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method used.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Miami Water Heater typically ships orders within 1-2 business days and selects among several reliable services (FEDEX, UPS, USPS) available at the time of purchase. Please make sure your address is correct in our system and use the notes section to include any special shipping instructions.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less a restocking fee (max. 30%), within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unopened, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

**New, Unaltered, Unopened and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage. For returns that are opened,  show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
